    • Answer: Our sample dresses come in a variety of sizes, but they may not fit you perfectly. Don't worry! Our consultants will expertly pin and clip the sample to give you a better idea of how the dress will look in your size. We also have tools and padding to help simulate the correct fit.
  • What underwear should I wear to the fitting?

    • Answer: We recommend wearing nude, seamless underwear and a strapless bra. This will help create a smooth silhouette under the dresses. If you plan on wearing shapewear on your wedding day, it’s a good idea to bring that along as well.
  • Do I need to bring my wedding shoes to the fitting?

    • Answer: No, you don't need to bring your wedding shoes to the initial fitting. We'll focus on the dress style and fit. Once your dress arrives and we begin alterations, you'll need to bring your wedding shoes to ensure the hemline is perfect.
  • How many people can I bring with me to the appointment?

    • Answer: We recommend bringing no more than 2-3 people whose opinions you trust. It’s important to keep the group small to ensure you stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed by too many opinions.
  • Can I bring children to the appointment?

    • Answer: While we love children, bridal appointments can be long, and we want to ensure that your experience is as stress-free and focused as possible. We recommend finding childcare during your appointment to give yourself the time and space to make this important decision on the day.
  • Do I have to make a decision on my dress during the appointment?

    • Answer: Yes, we encourage you to be prepared to make a decision during your appointment. Wedding dresses are made to order, and production times can vary and be lengthy. Delaying your decision could impact your timeline, so it's best to come ready to say "yes" to the dress!
  • How long will the fitting appointment last?

    • Answer: Our bridal appointments typically last about 60-90 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to try on different styles, make a decision, and discuss any customizations or alterations with our consultants.
  • What should I bring with me to the fitting?

    • Answer: Bring an open mind, your preferred undergarments, and photos or inspiration for the style you're envisioning.
  • What happens if I can’t decide on a dress during the fitting?

    • Answer: If you need more time, we understand. However, please keep in mind that due to production timelines, we encourage making a decision as soon as possible. We can discuss your options and will schedule a follow-up appointment, but availability might be limited, along with the availability of the dress you love.
  • Can I take photos during the appointment?

    • Answer: We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the appointment. Our goal is to ensure that you fully experience each dress in the moment without distractions. Often, photos taken in-store under different lighting conditions can distort the true look and feel of the dress, which might lead to confusion later on, after all how often do you find yourself re-taking a selfie until you settle on a shot you’re happy with? We want you to remember how you felt in the dress rather than relying on potentially misleading images. Rest assured, we’ll work closely with you to help you find the perfect gown and make sure you're confident in your choice.
  • What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

    • Answer: Our new wedding dresses range is typical from £1200-£3000 During your appointment, we’ll help you find beautiful options within your budget.
  • Do you offer alteration services?

    • Answer: Alterations are not included with the purchase of your dress. However, we understand how crucial it is for your gown to fit perfectly, so we’re happy to provide you with an array of highly skilled boutique seamstresses who are familiar with our gowns. These professionals have extensive experience working with bridal boutique dresses and are well-versed in the intricacies of bridal alterations. Their expertise ensures that your dress will be tailored to fit you beautifully at a price you'll adore.
  • When should I schedule my wedding dress fitting?

    • Answer: We recommend scheduling your wedding dress fitting at least 8-12 months before your wedding date to allow enough time for production and alterations.
  • What happens if my weight changes after I order my dress?

    • Answer: If your weight changes, don’t worry. Dresses can be altered up or down multiple sizes. Please inform us as soon as possible if you experience significant changes, so we can advise you on alterations accordingly.
  • Is there a fee for the wedding dress fitting appointment?

    • Answer: No, there is no fee for the fitting appointment, we do however ask that you only book when you are genuinely ready to find your dream dress and make that all important decision on the day.
  • Can I bring food or drinks to the appointment?

    • Answer: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food or drinks into the boutique to protect the dresses. We want to keep the dresses in pristine condition for all brides
  • What happens if I am running late for my appointment?

    • Answer: If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please reach out to us on 07842880002 as soon as possible so we can explore the best solution. While we do our best to accommodate all of our brides' schedules, each appointment is approximately one hour long, so our ability to extend your time is limited. We can hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes past your scheduled start time, but beyond that, we may not be able to conduct your fitting to its full potential without affecting the appointments scheduled after yours. This is why we encourage booking in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.and would encourage you to re-schedule
